Con il Decreto Milleproroghe è stato prorogato anche il termine del regime transitorio per l'esame da avvocato. Per l'abilitazione, dunque, anche nel 2025 si adotterà il medesimo regime del 2023 e 2024 con un'unica prova scritta (un atto giudiziario) e un orale trifasico.
